Stay times by purpose

For work stays, check-in is from 17:00 and check-out by 8:00. For leisure stays, check-in is from 15:00 and check-out by 10:00.

Room categories

Four categories: Japanese-style rooms, annex Japanese-style rooms, a condominium with kitchen, bath, toilet and washing machine, and a whole-building rental with bath and toilet.

Water facilities in the main building and annex

The main building is all Japanese-style rooms with shared toilets, baths and washbasins nearby. The annex is likewise Japanese style with the same shared facilities close by.

Condominium

Fitted with heating and air conditioning, a television, a refrigerator and a sink, with double beds or bunk beds. Outside there is a barbecue space and play equipment for children.

Whole-building rental

A whole-building rental with its own barbecue space on a wooden deck, a bath and toilet, and a fireplace indoors.

Baths

Two baths in the main building, available 24 hours a day a day a day, including an electric bath.

On-site equipment

A washing machine, dryer and microwave are on site and all free to use.

Storage rental

Storage can be rented by the month, with acceptance depending on what is free at the time.

Approach to cooking

Cooking by hand with local ingredients has been the property's principle since it opened.

Dinner

Home cooking centred on local seasonal ingredients, changed daily because many guests stay long. The hotplate dish is only for those who book the dedicated plan.

Condition on the boat platter

The boat platter of seasonal fish from the Omaezaki sea is ordered from four portions. Parties of three or fewer may still order it, but receive the four-portion platter.

Breakfast is a simple menu that changes daily. Both dinner and breakfast are served in the dining room.

About 20 minutes from Sagara-Makinohara IC on the Tomei Expressway, with a large car park.
