Five rooms: two comprising two connected rooms and three standard rooms. All are non-smoking.

The private baths

楠の湯 is a semi-open-air bath fed straight from the source with part of it reservable, 梅の湯 is a semi-open-air bath on circulation, and 藤の湯 combines a silky bath and hot spring water on circulation. A ReFa shower head is fitted.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in from 15:00 and check-out by 10:00.

On-site facilities

A drinks counter, an outdoor smoking area, a dedicated smoking room, a shower room in summer only and a washing machine in summer only. There is no lift.

Items lent out

Yukata, board games, card games, a DVD and Blu-ray player, a humidifier, a hair iron and chargers.

Room equipment

A smart television, kettle, refrigerator, individual air conditioning, safe, washlet toilet, hairdryer, tea set, mineral water, air purifier, extension lead and chargers.

Bath amenities

Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, moisturiser, lotion, cleanser, face wash and body milk.

How the baths are used

There are no gender-separated baths; every bath is used privately. The main bathing window is 15:30 to 22:30, with a morning bath from 6:00 to 9:30.

Baths in the rooms

The guest rooms have no bath of their own.

Where and when meals are served

Meals are not brought to the room but served in the dining area, in a private room or in the hall with partitions for privacy. Dinner is at 18:00 and breakfast at 8:00.

Allergies and ingredient changes

Disliked ingredients cannot be swapped. One or two dishes can be adjusted for allergies, but changes affecting the whole course, such as seafood, meat or seasonings, cannot be made. This must be discussed before booking.

Lead time for extra dishes

Extras such as spiny lobster, splendid alfonsino or Ashitaka beef, and upgrades to the sashimi, are possible but must be requested two days before the stay because of buying.

Parking

Fifteen parking spaces are available free of charge.

Transfer

A transfer runs to Izutaga Station on the JR Ito line, and guests give their arrival time when asking to be met.

Accessibility

The property is not barrier-free. Minimal handrails are fitted on the stairs, part of the bathing area and at the entrance, and stairs must be used to move between the rooms and the dining or bathing areas.

Pets

Stays with pets are not accepted.

Wi-Fi

Wireless LAN is available free throughout the building.

Provision for children

Towel sets, toothbrushes, bath towels and bathing items for infants are provided, and children's yukata come in three sizes from 90cm to 130cm.

Before check-in

Rooms cannot be entered before check-in, but luggage is held.

Shopping nearby

A convenience store is five minutes on foot, with a supermarket and a drugstore also within walking distance.

Fireworks from the rooms

The Atami sea fireworks cannot be seen from the rooms, and the property states that a trip into central Atami is needed.

No bath in the room

Since rooms have no bath, bathing means using the private baths, and stairs are involved in getting there.

Meal times are fixed

Dinner is at 18:00 and breakfast at 8:00, with no in-room service; meals are served in a private dining room or a partitioned hall.

Limits on allergy handling

One or two dishes can be adjusted, but not changes affecting the whole course, and disliked ingredients cannot be swapped; this must be raised before booking.

There is no lift, stairs must be used between the rooms and the dining and bathing areas, and handrails are minimal.
