Single, twin and double rooms, plus Japanese-style rooms.

Shared room specification

Every room has an LCD television, a refrigerator for guests' own items and a unit bath. The television has stereo speakers, and each room has floor space equal to one further bed alongside the bed.

Unit bath fittings

Every unit bath has a washlet toilet and a hairdryer, and the higher-grade rooms have a unit bath long enough for a 170cm guest to stretch out.

Bath refurbishment

Handrails and a step to level the entrance have been fitted to the unit baths of some rooms, mainly the twins.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in at 15:00 and check-out at 10:00.

Common equipment

A 25-inch colour television, bath, shower toilet, hairdryer, telephone modular jack, LAN, wireless LAN and centrally controlled heating and cooling.

Internet

Rooms have LAN for a wired connection, and access points around the building give free wireless LAN in the lobby, restaurant and rooms. LAN cables and wireless LAN cards are lent out.

Breakfast

Served as a set meal chosen from Japanese, western or rice-porridge options, plated so that guests wait at their table rather than queue.

Morning coffee

Provided free to guests taking breakfast in the restaurant.

Morning drop-off to the shinkansen station

Four morning runs to Tsubame-Sanjo Station on the Joetsu Shinkansen, booked the day before, taking about 10 minutes. Because of a driver shortage this currently runs on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday mornings only.

Luggage handling

Parcels can be sent from the hotel and packing materials arranged. Luggage is held free if guests arrive before check-in, and may also be sent ahead by courier.

Other services

The ground-floor lobby has a chilled water dispenser and ice machine, a simple mobile phone charger and a small library. A trouser press is lent at the front desk, and rental cars are arranged by telephone.

Accessibility work

A wheelchair can reach the rooms and banquet halls from the car park, and the ground-floor lobby toilets each have a wheelchair-accessible cubicle for men and women. Some rooms have handrails in the unit bath and a step keeping the entrance lip under 10cm.
